Voice Recorder & Memos Pro App Reviews

I mostly wanted a voice recorder for the Apple Watch and looked at a lot of different apps, and this one was the closest to having all the features I wanted. First, here is whats missing from the watch app that Id love to see: -ability to pause/resume a recording on the watch -Apple Watch complication -folder management (or tags) for organizing recordings Here are the features I wanted that it DOES have: -Record on Apple Watch, not just a remote for the iPhone: (ability to choose between iPhone and Apple Watch is nice, and appears to be unique to this app) -show waveform when recording so you know its recording and have a rough idea of the levels -Playback on Apple Watch (surprisingly few have this feature) -file management (rename, delete, etc on the watch) -shows storage space remaining Then I started looking at the very full featured app in the phone and was pleasantly surprised to see: -save to photo library (saves as a "video") -A/B playback (set loop point) -playback speed (.5x to 2x) -iCloud is the only cloud drive it directly integrates with but you can "send to" any cloud service app installed on your phone (Evernote, Dropbox, google drive, etc) -calendar organization of recordings -built in web server for transferring recordings -quick buttons for back and forward 5 seconds (this plus playback speed are really useful for transcription) -set flags at various points in the recording either during recording or playback later (would be nice to be able to label these flags) -record with now playing opens up some really cool possibilities for narrating videos right on your phone or recording with selected audio for karaoke style recording Plus all the other cool features mentioned in the description of the app (like record only when speaking, etc). All in all, very full featured. With the three additional things Id like to see in the watch app Id definitely give it five stars.

This app needs some improvements with accessibility with voiceover there are many unlabeled buttons and voiceover is not able to read them aloud I am a blind user hopefully this can be fixed thanks

this is an amazing recording app but the only problem is that it crashes alot, and it sometimes restarts a recording from the beggining by itself and cuts off the end of the recrding :( plz try and fox this! also dp u think you can make it so it connects with imovie?

Still will not export to camera roll, stops at 28% while trying to export and stops after your latest update.

Its nice apps but I updated on my ipad yesterday and could not view full screen when placing it landscape. There was no way to touch the record and stop icon until I placed my iPad vertically. Did the apps developer really test the apps before launch?

It has everything that you could need from this type of app, its simple and nice

I have been using this app for years and I have loved it! But with iOS 8, there is a glitch where it doesnt allow you to rename your sound files. A fix to that would be great :)

Works excellently as a simple recording app. Indicates volume level, clear and simple buttons, good recordings.

I use the app all the time and it works great, but lately, Ive been asked to rate the app every time I start to record. Very annoying.

yep i liked the basic ability to record and play back. BUT these guys have hooked it into a phoney iPhone Survey that wants to steal your identity & your cash after promising a new iPhone6. They pretend to be Apple Computer Company. good God Apple have you no quality control ?

At the beginning, I tried this application and working fine. When I make a call, I can record the entire conversation. But now, I cannot. I just bought the pro version, but still the same. I cannot record a conversation call from the same Iphone.
